Welcome to Realty Solutions, the newest Real Estate office to the Battlefords.

We are an independently owned company founded by three local Real estate agents: Lynne Burton, Alberta Mak and Kandice Tomaz. This partnership offers clients the combination of experience,innovative ideas and a unique outlook. With 40 years of combined experience as REALTORS®, we understand the importance of putting the needs of our clients first. In doing so we have created a unique commission structure that is a flat fee service. What this means to our clients is they will know up front what their commission will be.

We are licensed in Residential, Commercial and Farm sales. We are a part of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS®) allowing us to show our buyers any home listed with MLS®. We pride ourselves on acting with honesty and integrity and treating the clients the way that we would want to be treated.
